RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Chrissy In Stitches, LLC. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. *See the Return Process to the right.
REFUND: STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. If there is a problem with your item we will contact you. Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been completed.
If you requested store credit it will be issued to your account.
If you requested and exchange, your alternate item will be sent to you within the processing timeframe, unless it is a custom order item. Please allow up to two additional weeks for custom orders to be created and shipped out.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Chrissy In Stitches, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to packages in transit. To file a damage claim, click on the Claim Form button to the right.
You may need to retain the package until the claim is approved. Save all packing materials and goods before filing a claim. A separate order will need to be placed to replace damaged goods.
